Our family has been in Eastern Washington and North Idaho since the late 1800s.  We take a lot of pride being actively involved within the community volenteering and donatiing to different charities locally. We believe it is truly a blessing to live, work and be a part of this North Idaho community. We started in the real-estate market by doing major remodels and upgrades to pre-existing homes. After fixing mistakes of prior builders and seeing the low quality work performed on homes, we knew there had to be a better process and experience for the new home buyer. This is when we decided to get into new home construction and land development. We provide a personal experience by working closely with our clients and paying attention to the details of your wants and needs. We believe transparency, communication, and realistic expectations are the keys to success. Providing pictures step by step during the build you can be involved start to finish no matter where you are currently located. Evergreen Custom Homes has been recognized as a competive new construction contractor.  We’ve provided clients with a wide range of services for all their needs.
